01 - 2 cups fresh spinach, washed
02 - 1 cup kale leaves, stems removed and washed

03 - 1 ripe banana, peeled
04 - 1 green apple, cored and chopped
05 - 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
06 - 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks

→ Liquids

07 - 1 cup cold unsweetened coconut water
08 - 1/2 cup ice cubes

→ Flavorings and Boosters

09 - 1 tablespoon fresh ginger root, peeled and grated
10 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
11 - 1 teaspoon chia seeds

# How To Make It:

01 - Place spinach, kale, banana, green apple, avocado, and frozen pineapple chunks into the blender container.
02 - Pour in the coconut water and add ice cubes to the blender.
03 - Add fresh grated ginger, lemon juice, and chia seeds to the mixture.
04 - Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, approximately 1 to 2 minutes. Stop and scrape down sides if necessary.
