04 - Distribute the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly across both flatbreads.
05 - Top with chopped spinach and sliced red onion.
06 - Scatter crumbled feta cheese over the top. Sprinkle with dried oregano and black pepper.
07 - Bake for 12–15 minutes until the cheese melts and the flatbread edges turn golden and crisp.
08 - Remove from the oven, slice into pieces, and serve immediately.
