→ Vegetables

02 - 2 cups broccoli florets
03 - 2 cups mixed bell peppers, cut into chunks
04 - 1 red onion, cut into wedges
05 - 2 medium carrots, sliced
06 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
07 - 1 tbsp olive oil

→ Honey Garlic Glaze

08 - 3 tbsp honey
09 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
10 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
11 - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
12 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
13 - 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

→ Optional Garnishes

14 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
15 - Lemon wedges

# How To Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
02 - Arrange sliced kielbasa, broccoli, bell peppers, red onion, carrots, and cherry tomatoes evenly on pan. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
03 - In small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, and black pepper until smooth.
04 - Pour honey garlic glaze evenly over sausage and vegetables. Toss gently to ensure even coating.
05 - Roast for 25–30 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until vegetables are tender and caramelized and kielbasa is heated through and slightly crisped.
06 - Remove from oven. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges if desired.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The glaze becomes sticky and caramelized in the oven, creating those irresistible restaurant style edges without any fancy technique
  • Everything roasts together so the kielbasa infuses the vegetables with smoky depth while they all cook at the same speed
02 -
  • Crowding the pan will cause everything to steam instead of roast, so use two pans if needed or cook in batches
  • The glaze can burn quickly due to the honey content, so keep an eye on things during those last 5 minutes of roasting time
03 -
  • Cut all your vegetables into similar sized pieces so everything finishes cooking at the same time
  • Let the sheet pan cool for a few minutes before trying to clean it, as the glaze hardens and becomes easier to remove
