06 - Bake for another 8-10 minutes, until caramelized and heated through.
07 - Thread each kielbasa slice and pineapple chunk onto toothpicks for serving. Drizzle with remaining glaze. Serve warm.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The sweet and smoky flavor combination works on practically everyone
  • They come together in under 40 minutes with minimal active prep time
  • The glaze can be made ahead and kept in the fridge for up to a week
02 -
  • Don't skip reserving that pineapple juice, or your glaze won't have the right consistency to cling to everything
  • Crowding the pan slightly is actually good here, as it helps the glaze thicken around the pieces instead of running off
  • If the glaze starts getting too dark in the oven, tent the pan loosely with foil for the last few minutes
03 -
  • Let the glaze cool slightly before brushing, as it thickens up and coats more evenly
  • Buy an extra can of pineapple, because someone always wants to snack on the chunks while these bake
  • If serving outside in warm weather, these hold up better than mayonnaise-based dips
