01 - Add milk, heavy cream, cooled coffee, cereal, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and ice cubes to blender container.
02 - Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until completely smooth and frothy texture achieved.
03 - Pour blended mixture through fine mesh sieve into measuring cup or bowl to remove cereal pulp, then divide between two tall glasses.
04 - Top each glass with whipped cream, sprinkle with additional cereal and ground cinnamon.
05 - Serve immediately with straws while cold.
