# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The cinnamon sugar swirl creates those gorgeous marbled ribbons that make every slice feel like a special treat
  • It stays incredibly moist for days, thanks to all those fresh apples folded into the batter
  • Simple enough for a weekday breakfast but impressive enough for weekend guests
02 -
  • Don't skip the cooling time in the pan, the bread needs those 10 minutes to set properly or it might break apart
  • The toothpick test is crucial, if it comes out with wet batter keep baking but a few moist crumbs are perfectly fine
  • Overmixing when combining wet and dry ingredients is the fastest way to make tough bread
03 -
  • Peel the apples completely, apple skins can become tough and chewy in the bread
  • Toss the diced apples in a tablespoon of flour before adding to prevent them from sinking to the bottom
  • If the top browns too quickly, tent with foil for the last 15 minutes of baking
