# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The combination of tender seared beef and velvety Alfredo sauce creates this incredible richness that feels restaurant quality but comes together in under 40 minutes
  • That moment when you pull it from the oven and the cheese is still bubbling in little golden poolsits basically the main reason I started cooking at home
02 -
  • Let the Alfredo sauce cool for just a couple of minutes before spreading it, otherwise it can make the dough soggy in spots
  • A pizza stone makes the crust restaurant quality, but a preheated baking sheet works perfectly fine too
03 -
  • If the sauce seems too thick, add a splash of pasta water or cream before spreading
  • Grate extra Parmesan over the top during the last 2 minutes of baking for these incredible crispy cheese bits
